I have more than 20 years experience assessing and diagnosing organizational challenges in small, medium, and large businesses. Whether it is the culture, leaders, individual employees, or teams, all can be assessed and diagnosed. The organizational readiness assessment is a critical component to our work together. Assisting you with organizational readiness may salvage your prior investments in cultural tools and systems that you were not able to use or deploy effectively. Diagnostic Assessments
We offer many organizational diagnostics that we can use, depending on the results of the organizational readiness assessment. We use a proprietary readiness assessment product to start our engagement. In addition, we use Predictive Index(R) tools and systems to measure the human side of the organization. We want to know if you have the right people in the right seats doing the right work. This robust system can be the building block for a person-values-centered culture. We also have other individual and team assessments. From a cultural health perspective, we use the Barrett Values Centre's Culture Assessment. All of these assessments and systems work synergistically to improve the health of the organization.
