Diagnosing Organizational Challenges

I have more than 20 years experience assessing and diagnosing organizational challenges in small, medium, and large businesses. Whether it is the culture, leaders, individual employees, or teams, all can be assessed and diagnosed. An intentional and phased plan of care can be developed to begin to heal the challenges that were identified.

Organizations are as human as we are. They can be healthy or they can be diseased. Without specific effort and if leaders are not actively working on the health of the organization, the organization will not reach its fullest potential. Therefore, it is important to measure the health of the culture, the behaviors of the employees, the capabilities of the leaders, and the cohesiveness of teams. This holistic approach provides a 360-degree view of the health of the organization and a baseline measurement  for the way forward.

Customized client Approach

When working with you, it is important to assess your historical organizational information and your current state, while focusing on your aspirations to ensure the plan outlining the way forward is aligned to the organization's strategies and goals. The organizational readiness assessment is a critical component to our work together. Assisting you with organizational readiness may salvage your prior investments in cultural tools and systems that you were not able to use or deploy effectively. Customizing your plan will yield targeted results. 

Diagnostic Assessments

We offer many organizational diagnostics that we can use, depending on the results of the organizational readiness assessment. We use a proprietary readiness assessment product to start our engagement. In addition, we use  Predictive Index(R) tools and systems to measure the human side of the organization. We want to know if you have the right people in the right seats doing the right work. This robust system can be the building block for a person-values-centered culture. We also have other individual and team assessments. From a cultural health perspective, we use the Barrett Values Centre's Culture Assessment. All of these assessments and systems work synergistically to improve the health of the organization.
